McCarthy & Stone – iLearn and Datum
iLearn and Datum are in house systems. iLearn is our bespoke online learning platform which houses
mandatory e-learning modules as well as a variety of additional resources made up of videos, articles,
documents, book recommendations and much more to help you thrive in your role. Datum is our in-house
centre for important documentation including health and safety, ways of working, policies, procedures etc.
Read the next few sections to find out more about these systems and how to access them.
We also have SAMI and Bidcon which are role specific in-house systems. SAMI is our sales effectiveness tool
which provides a 360° view of our customers. Bidcon is our Group Production and Development tool, if your
role requires you to use Bidcon or SAMI your line manager will provide you with more details.
